This 7.3-hectare park features the Silverbirch off-leash dog area, where your pup can run along the beach shore off-leash. Balmy Beach Park also offers a variety of family entertainment, including lawn bowling and outdoor fitness equipment.
5. Wasaga Beach - 11-22nd Street North Wasaga Beach, ON L9Z 2V9
Wasaga Beach is the longest freshwater beach in the world, including a designated dog beach for your pup. This beach is also the starting point for summer hiking trails and cross-country skiing trails in the winter.
 
6. Sibbald Point Provincial Park - 26071 Park Road, Georgina, ON L0E 1R0
With designated picnic areas, sprawling hiking trails, and calm waters for swimming, Sibbald Point Provincial Park is a great place for summer fun with the whole family, including your dog. There’s both a designated dog park and a beach for your pup to enjoy.
7. Outlet Beach - 3004 County Road 12, Picton, ON K0K 2T0
Located in Sandbanks Provincial Park along the banks of Lake Ontario, Outlet Beach is a great, family-friendly area for you and your dog. Though dogs have to be leashed, the shoreline beach walk is still a fun and beautiful way to take in the beach scenery with your dog.
